Lavendeldrøm

I kept waiting for the cypress trees to feel flat, but the layering instructions make them pop against that soft purple mountain range. Finished the whole meadow in one rainy afternoon and it honestly looks like a postcard from Provence.

The way the lavender rows build up layer by layer really makes the field feel alive, and I loved how the cypress trees and distant mountains tie the whole scene together. Finished it over a rainy weekend and the colors stayed true from start to finish.

The cypress trees were my favorite part—they add so much depth against those soft purple mountains. Everything flowed together smoothly, and I’m genuinely surprised how the meadow comes to life once you finish the foreground rows.
