Over og ud over

The step-by-step layering instructions made the mountain peaks look properly dark and dimensional, which I struggled with in past kits. I’m honestly amazed at how soft the color transitions turned out for the milky way, and the finished piece has that dreamy glow the photo promised.

The blending guide for the swirling milky way is so clear I finally nailed a soft gradient on my first try. Layering the dark and light values on the peaks gave the whole piece real depth, and the finished painting looks like it’s glowing.

The celestial sky section blew me away—the soft blending technique for the swirling milky way turned out even better than the reference photo. It’s the first kit where I actually felt the layering of light and dark values click for me.
