The wooly texture technique is honestly the most fun part—my kids kept giggling as they layered strokes to make the sheep look fluffy. We finished the whole flock in one rainy afternoon, and the tutorial made it easy to follow along even for my six-year-old.

The step-by-step tutorial breaks down the wooly texture technique so clearly that my six-year-old finished her first sheep in under an hour. Counting brushstrokes with her turned into a fun little game, and the finished flock looks adorable on our fridge.

The wooly texture technique is surprisingly easy to follow, and the tutorial walks you through each stroke without rushing. My daughter finished her first sheep in one sitting and immediately asked to paint the whole flock again.
