Under the Garden Arch

The step-by-step layering for the backlighting effect was so clear that I nailed the glow around the arch on my first try, and the silhouetted couple came out surprisingly elegant. It took me two cozy evenings to finish, and I’ve already hung it in the hallway where the light hits just right.

I’m usually too impatient for guided painting, but the step-by-step on layering those backlit petals kept me hooked from start to finish. The silhouetted couple came together way easier than I expected, and the archway glow genuinely looks like late afternoon sun.

Watching the backlighting effect come together layer by layer was genuinely magical, and the archway almost glows once you finish. I paused halfway through just to admire the silhouettes taking shape under the flowers.
