The loose brushstrokes really let the design feel like it's moving with the tide, which made the whole date night more fun than our usual paint-by-numbers. We hung it in the hallway and it's a sweet little reminder of the trip we took last summer.

The loose brushstrokes give it such a relaxed vibe, and even though we’re miles from any beach, it honestly felt like we were sketching by the shore. Took our time over two evenings and the final piece genuinely captures that whole “lasting beyond the tide” feeling.

We did this as a date night and ended up laughing at how bad we both are at drawing, but the beach scene still turned out gorgeous. The looser brushstroke style hides mistakes perfectly so it actually looks like a piece of art now.
