The two canvases are the perfect size for a coffee-table project, and the paint pots stayed wet long enough for us to take our time layering the tail scales. My son kept saying "this is our secret treasure" every time we matched a color. We finished both pieces in one rainy afternoon and they're alr

Painting side-by-side with my daughter and watching her pick her own mermaid colors was honestly the sweetest hour of our week. The paired canvases make it feel like we're creating one shared story, and the paint stayed vibrant without needing endless coats.
