The layering on those teal mountains came together surprisingly fast, and the finished lagoon looks so glassy it’s almost photo-like. I kept staring at the waterfall detail after it dried—definitely worth the slow afternoon it took to finish.

The lagoon came out glassier than I expected once I layered the blues in the order the guide suggested, and that white rush of the falls really pops against the dark volcanic rock. Took me a relaxed weekend to finish, and the misty teal mountains in the background gave it just the right depth.
