The canvas is big enough for both of us to paint side by side without elbowing each other, and the sock design details were surprisingly easy to follow. We split the fireplace between us and it actually came together as one sweet scene—definitely framing this one.

We painted the fireplace scene together and had way more fun than we expected—the fire glow effect actually looks impressive on canvas. We split it so I kept the socks and she kept the hearth, and it’s now the perfect little memory piece in our living room.

The split canvas idea is genius—my partner and I each painted our own sock and fireplace half, then hung them together as one piece. The details in the fire really pop once you layer the colors, and the whole session felt like a real date night, not just another craft project.
