The little gingerbread people and pets are my favorite part—I ended up painting a whole tiny dog family next to the house. The candy customization options gave me room to get creative without needing any extra supplies, and it kept me happily busy for a whole afternoon.

I’ve been sketching out my gingerbread family—two people and a little dog—before I even opened the paints, and the surface took the pencil marks beautifully without smudging. The kit’s candy details are endless, so I’ve got peppermint swirls on the roof and gumdrops along the fence, and it’s genuine

The candy customization options are what sold me—I loaded mine with peppermints and gumdrops, and the details really popped once the paint dried. The kit took me a cozy evening to finish, and the end result looks good enough to eat.
