Tulilohikäärme

My nephew finished the mountain peaks and dragon scales in one sitting—the design gives you just enough detail to feel like a real artist without getting overwhelmed. The brush control practice is perfect for his age, and he's already asking for another one.

My son is normally done with paint kits in ten minutes, but he spent a whole afternoon on this dragon, carefully doing the mountains first so the wings would pop. The scene really lets you decide if it's friendly or fierce, and the line work on those scales kept him focused the entire time.

The brush control on this kit is perfect for a beginner—my son was able to outline the dragon’s wings without any smudging. Watching him decide between making it friendly or fearsome was half the fun, and the mountain peaks gave him a great chance to practice layering.
