Außergewöhnlich

The contrast exercises were a great way to teach my daughter about light and shadow without her even realizing she was learning. Watching her carefully paint the sun's glow against the dark planets kept her focused for a full hour, which is rare for us. We've already done the solar system page twice

The contrast exercises actually taught my kid something—she kept pointing out how the dark space background made Jupiter's stripes pop. We've done Mercury through Uranus now, and the paint coverage is solid enough that the pages don't wrinkle.

My daughter finished the whole solar system in one sitting and kept pointing out how the contrast between the bright sun and dark planets made each one pop. The orbit layout is clever, and the paint dried fast enough that she could layer colors without smudging. Perfect for a rainy afternoon.
